Having learnt my trade in the most competitive recruitment market in the world, the UK, I have seen what it takes to differentiate yourself from the competition. Recruitment firms in the US, until now, have had the luxury of an uncompetitive and large market.
Our industry however is becoming transactional and messy, creating a tainted view of the service that can be provided by firms that pride themselves on quality service.
I aim to bring back a high-quality service to our clients. That means face-to-face meetings, deep vetting, quality references and quality and relevant opportunities for all parties!"
