Key Responsibilities:


Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the estimating team, ensuring exceptional accuracy and efficiency.
Process Optimization: Develop and implement standardized estimating procedures for consistent and precise cost assessments.
Analytical Evaluation: Analyze project plans, specifications, and bid documents to create comprehensive cost estimates that include materials, labor, and subcontractor pricing.
Risk Mitigation: Identify and proactively address potential project risks affecting cost and schedule.

Requirements and Expectations:


Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in construction estimating with a proven track record in leadership roles.
Expertise: Deep knowledge of Bid-Build and Conceptual Design Development methodologies.
Technical Proficiency: Strong command of advanced estimating software (e.g., OnCenter, D4, MS Suite, or proprietary tools).
Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze cost data, identify discrepancies, and solve complex problems.
Communication: Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively engage teams and stakeholders.
