Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Oversight: Lead end-to-end construction project planning, execution, and closeout to ensure seamless operations and high-quality outcomes.
Team Leadership: Provide direction and mentorship to multidisciplinary teams including project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors.
Process Optimization: Develop and implement standardized procedures that drive efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness across projects.
Budget & Financial Management: Manage multi-million-dollar budgets, optimize cost control strategies, and ensure financial targets are met.
Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners to enhance project success and drive business growth.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Champion the adoption of innovative technologies and best practices to elevate construction standards and operational performance.

 

Requirements and Expectations:


• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications or a Master’s degree are a plus.
• A minimum of 6+ years of progressive experience in construction management, with demonstrated leadership in large-scale projects.
• Proven track record in strategic project oversight, operational excellence, and effective team management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a keen financial acumen.
• Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and ensure strict adherence to industry standards.
• A forward-thinking mindset dedicated to innovation and continuous improvement.
