Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Oversight: Lead end-to-end construction project planning, execution, and closeout to ensure seamless operations and high-quality outcomes.
• Team Leadership: Provide direction and mentorship to multidisciplinary teams including project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors.
• Process Optimization: Develop and implement standardized procedures that drive efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness across projects.
• Budget & Financial Management: Manage multi-million-dollar budgets, optimize cost control strategies, and ensure financial targets are met.

Requirements and Expectations:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications or a Master’s degree are a plus.
